Pet Brick
A pet brick is a brick which has tricked a creature into forming an emotional bond with it. The victim will not see a brick, but rather their favorite pet in its baby form, such as a puppy, bunny, or kitten. To everyone else not under its influence, it is just a brick, the same as any found in any wall of a building or dungeon. Some pet bricks, though rare, are strong enough to trick multiple creatures at once.
The brick will use its victim to secure its food: viscera. It will slowly consume the remains of dead creatures. To the victim, it is adorable; to everyone else, it is a brick slowly soaking in blood and guts. Feeding the pet brick causes it to grow, much like a puppy grows into a dog.
If you try to separate the victim from the brick, the victim will go to great lengths to keep and protect their pet.
A pet brick is noticed by non-victims because it is a brick that can move. It can dislodge itself from a wall (making a loud noise) and scrape along the ground at a glacial pace (also making a lot of noise). It can be destroyed by any regular brick-destroying means. Pet stones and pet rocks also exist, though they are less common.
